MASA Education Day 2024 will be held Wednesday, October 9th through Friday, October 11th at the Soaring Eagle Resort, Mt. Pleasant.
We have listened to the important feedback our vendor members have shared and have changed the schedule and included more face time for our exhibitors.
Please note the schedule changes when making your reservations.
MASA OVERNIGHT ROOM BLOCK: The group code for the room block is MASA100924. They can use this code when they call the reservation department at 1-877-232-4532 or by going online to www.soaringeaglecasino.com, selecting “Book Now”. Once on the reservation page and they have entered the dates, they need to change the Promo Code to Group Code by clicking on the dropdown arrow next to Promo Code, enter the code and click on apply.
MASA 2024 ED DAY SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
EXHIBIT DRAWINGS
We encourage our exhibitors to host a booth drawing to gather information from our registrants. Collect business cards and have option to fill out card if you host a booth prize. Information from registrants, other than name and facility, will not be provided by MASA. Exhibitors with booth prize will be asked to come on stage, introduce themselves and their company to draw their winner(s) following the Friday morning keynote speaker. We will begin posting a list of attendees – first name, last name and facility on the MASA Registration page in late August, we will not be providing a hard list.
